Ok, so I've been handed the responsibilty of being the 'Best Man' at my friend Robert's wedding in August.  I have never been Best Man before...which is cool for me, but maybe NOT so good for him...since I have no experience in this area.  I know I'm in charge of the bachelor party, but what else should I be doing right now?  Hellllllp.

Suggestions?  Tips?
